Hello everyone!
My name is Maral and I'm a certified personal trainer with 2 years of study at Northern Alberta Institution. I have always been pretty active but have taken fitness more seriously in the past 7 years.

PERSONAL TRAINING
This will be beneficial for individuals who just started working out, or have specific long term goals that can be achieved by having a trainer look after their form, make specialized programs and create a smooth path along their journey!
This also can be a great option if you have a specific timeline to reach a goal and need someone to keep you accountable
PROGRAMMING
This is a great option for individuals who have experience with training and need a professional to keep them accountable and create specific programs.
For this, we will meet up once a month and go through all the exercises that have been programmed for your goals. I will catch up with you weekly to see how everything is going and make adjustments if needed.
GROUP TRAINING
If working out with others gives you more of a reason to be fit, this might be a great option for you!
This type of training is great for those who have been working out for a while and know their own body well. they don't require a lot of cueing from the coach and want to have a sweaty 1-hour workout!
If this sounds like you bring a friend or family along to have an amazing 1 hour workout!
